Lori Dickson, MSN, MSCC, CLCP
Director of Clinical Operations
Lori is the Director of Clinical Operations with ECS. She has extensive knowledge around Medicare Set Asides, MSP Compliance, and the clinical impact within the industry. Lori received her RN in 1985 and a Masters in Nursing in 2004. With over 40 years of experience in the medical field, her experiences include Neonatology, Pediatrics, Psychiatric and substance abuse, Flight Nurse, and as a nursing instructor for the University Of Texas College Of Nursing in Tyler, Texas. Lori has worked within the MSP Compliance industry for 21 years and has provided oversight in a variety of areas including Life Care Planning, Medical Cost Projections, and MSA development. She is also CLCP and MSCC certified. Lori currently sits on the board of MSCC Commissioners for the International Commission on Health Care Certification (ICHCC).
Cam Ray Jacobs, BSN, RN, MBA
Nurse Manager of Pharmacy and Specialty Services
Cam Ray is the Manager of Pharmacy and Specialty Services with ECS. She has an extensive experience in case management within the auto and worker’s compensation industry. Cam Ray received her RN in 2010 and a Master’s in Business with a specialization in Healthcare Management in 2022.
Yelena Berndt
Senior PharmD
Dr. Yelena Berndt is an MSCC certified clinical pharmacist with over two decades of practice and 11 years of experience with ExamWorks Compliance Solutions. She has extensive working knowledge of MSA reviews, cost containment strategies, and therapeutic optimization.
She conducts detailed pharmacotherapy and medication-safety assessments with an emphasis on safety, drug interactions, and chronic therapy evaluations.
