Gina Christopher

Gina has been in the Workers Compensation industry for over 28 years servicing Managed Care and the Medicare Secondary Payer (MSP) industry. She is a former Structured Broker and Workers Compensation adjuster, administering claims for California, Arizona, and Hawaii, specializing in Longshore and Harbor and Jones Act. She has been consulting with TPAs, insurance companies, and employers to provide local expertise and customer service for MSA and MSP compliance services. She attended Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana and migrated to Long Beach, California in the early 90’s. On her down time, Gina can often be found in a studio singing or practicing with her classic rock band. Her love for the water, from sailing, paddle boarding, surfing and kayaking, is a stone's throw away from her home. She’s always cheering on her 10-year-old grandson at his swim meets and playing T-Ball with her 2-year-old godson.

Jeff has 25 years in the Worker’s Compensation industry, working in the field of MSP, case management, bill review, and prescription services. Jeff has an excellent knowledge of Medicare compliance and strategies to settle complicated claims and has been a valuable contributor to the Florida Worker’s Compensation Industry. Jeff earned his Bachelor’s degree in Social Science from Florida State University. He has lived in the Tampa area for the past 28 years. Jaime Benson

Jaime has been in Account Management for over 25 years, with a focus on Workers' Compensations for 20 years servicing the managed care division including Medicare Secondary Payer (MSP) services in Ohio, Kentucky, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Alabama.  Jaime has been consulting with Third Party Administrators (TPA’s), employers, and insurance companies to provide local expertise and customer service for MSA’s, Sec. 111 Reporting, Conditional Payment Resolution and MSP compliance services.   She attended Eastern Michigan University with a Bachelor of Science degree before migrating to Chicago, IL and then North Carolina, where she has lived for 18 years with her husband Kris and daughter Elliotte.  She took a 6-year break from the WC industry to open a painting studio and a kickboxing studio.  She is excited to be back in the WC and MSP industry and is looking forward to building new relationships with her clients and reconnecting with old clients and friends.

Julie brings more than 13 years of experience in the workers’ compensation industry, with deep expertise spanning Managed Care, Independent Medical Exams (IME), and Medicare Secondary Payer (MSP) compliance. A graduate of Buffalo State University, Julie has spent her life in Upstate New York and proudly calls it home. Outside of work, Julie enjoys spending as much time as possible on the water, whether boating or simply finding any excuse to be lakeside. She loves cooking and entertaining friends and family, and she makes staying active a priority year-round—running, practicing yoga, and taking long walks with her dog, even through the winter months. When temperatures drop, you’ll often find her cross-country skiing on the lake, embracing everything Upstate NY has to offer.

Lynne Robinson

Lynne has almost 25 years in the Workers' Compensation industry and her extensive background includes Ancillary, Pharmacy, PT and MSP Compliance. Lynne hails from Denver, Colorado and does all the activities that CO is known for – anything and everything outdoors.  You can always find her furry son Owen by her side. Lynne attended school at the Univ of Texas, Arlington and has been in the WC arena since 2001. A former journalist and marketing professional, Rachel has been involved in the workers’ compensation industry since 2014 while living in North Carolina. She began her career in  the industry in investigations, servicing clients across the nation while focusing on service and relationship-building. Rachel grew up in Michigan, where she graduated from Western Michigan University with a Bachelor of Arts degree before moving to North Carolina for 13 years where she worked in the insurance and motorsports industries. An avid sports fan, Rachel enjoys spending her free time watching sports, including her beloved Notre Dame Fighting Irish or taking unexpected trips with her dog, Lucca. Sean Roberts

Sean has been in the Workers Compensation industry for over 30 years, working as a claims examiner
and claims supervisor for both large carriers and TPAs. Sean has also worked for several years as a
Certified Structured Settlement Consultant and also as a Sales Manager for a large Pharmacy Benefit
Manager. He has also serviced the MSP industry as an account executive and regional manager, selling
clinical services, and MSP compliance solutions to employers , self-insureds, TPA’s and Carriers within
the Western Region. Sean likes to take a consultative approach with his clients, helping to guide them
toward settlement by offering the right solutions at the right time. In his spare time, Sean coaches
Little League Baseball and is involved with Special Olympics Athletic activities.
